To accomplish our mission, Campus by the Sea recruits men and women to serve at our facility on Santa Catalina Island. Those who serve fall into one of two categories:
Summer Crew: We need crew each summer to work with our facility (which includes lifeguards) and kitchen teams. The sub categories of this section give more details.
Year Round Employment: About fifteen men and women live and work year round at Campus by the Sea. The links describe the current positions that we are seeking to fill.

...a room full of IV alumni testified to how God had met them at this week's Alumni Vacation Week at Campus by the Sea. What a wonderful time of fellowship with new and old friends, of remembering God's faithfulness during our years on campus, and of experiencing afresh God's presence at camp through the eyes of our kids.
